Sonas is half Merlot, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, and the rest Cabernet Franc. It has graham cracker scents and flavors, and a soft, smooth mouthfeel. The red plum fruit is swathed in plenty of mocha flavors; a most enjoyable, unpretentious wine.
